done long ago... [spring 2008] for a McFarlaneToys contest. since I didnt' win 
i figured i'd share it here.
Based on the 'Age Of Pharaohs' figures.:
Spawn The Immortal: [link]
Jackal King: [link]
the hiroglyphs are pulled from the Egyptian Book Of The Dead... Spawn is identified as 'burnt' and it says something to the effect of "the avenger rises from darkenss..."
